All members of DynaSpy.TV are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions before signing up and by signing up means you agree to the following terms of service. DynaSpy.TV will not be held responsible for illegal use in any manner of our service by members and will not be held liable for any spam complaints, etc. In the event that a member has engaged in any unlawful activity we cannot be held responsible under any conditions. All members agree to utilize the services of DynaSpy.TV at their own risk. Although we will make a more than reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services. Refunds will not be given for server and website downtime unless the site has been down for longer than 1 month. We reserve the right to terminate an account (without refund) without notice for any reason at our discretion. Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from our service and on his/her account will be frozen. You agree to defend and hold DynaSpy.TV harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. You are responsible for abiding by local, state and/or federal laws and you will be liable should you engage in any unlawful activity.
